Received via G8JNJ SDR receiver located in the South West UK

Portuguese language chatter mixing with UNID language (off-frequency).  Actually, no, they're on frequency, maybe only a few Hz off.  6.816.5 MHz

6816.6 kHz USB vs. 6816.5 kHz USB type of thing.
