Reminds me of a re-transmitted audio recording with additional audio in the background.  Almost like somebody holding a tape player up to a microphone, for lack of a better way of describing it.  07.11.2026 - November 7th, 2026.

2121 UTC: a different station replying to the original transmission.

6850.4 kHz or 6850.5 kHz USB 6.850.5 MHz USB.  Previously logged back in May 2026 at around the same time - previous log at 2110 UTC on 30.05.2026 or May 30th, 2026.
