Thanks for the tip Chris.  I'm hearing what sounds like an instrumental at 2320 UTC.  S6 in NY, but a lot of that is the static crashes.

0009 UTC Tango with man vocals
0013 UTC "Tango Italia" ID by man announcer (Finally!!! First time I've heard an ID!!!) Followed by another Tango.
0018 UTC Tango-man vocals
0021 UTC Tango
0025+ UTC Tango-lady vocals
0029+ UTC Instrumental tango
0033 UTC Jazzy tango! (Signal really nice except for the static!)
0036 UTC Man announcer with "Tango Italia" ID's!, followed by an instrumental tango
0042 UTC Tango-Lady singer
0044 UTC Morse code then man announer with ID's (different languages?) followed by instrumental tango
0048 UTC Man announcer with ID's in different languages..."This is Radio Tango Italia...Aqui Radio Tango Italia", then Morse Code and Piano IS, then OFF at 0049+ UTC

Mostly S5 here with the audio peaking up some as sunset is in 10 minutes.  Rough copy with the local noise though.
