Sounds like some sort of a radio advertisement? Then into music. Weak here, S4 at 1004z. Checking the SDR recording, sign on was 1329z.

Looped ID at 1416 and then off at 1417. Sounded like Insane Radio, but the echo effect made it difficult to tell for sure.
