"Go Like Elijah" according to shazam.
ID at 2312, but I could not decipher it.

S9 signal here with early 60's sounding tune. Nice Audio!
2312 UTC Man announcer with ID..."Hot Radio with ? artists special", then another tune
2315 UTC "Love Is A Stranger"-Eurythmics
2319 UTC A version of "Money (That's What I Want)-Lady Singer
2325 UTC Man announcer... "You are listening to Hot Radio Female? Artist Special", followed by Hot Radio jingle, then ID again.
(Good signal here in Western MA with occasional selective fade. Seems to be a program of songs by female artists, most of which I can't identify :-[)
2357 UTC ID You're listening to Hot Radio Female Artist Special...Hot Radio Shortwave"
0003 UTC Off after ID
