have a S9 signal on them but have about the same in static seems to be playing Beach Boys

Hearing commentary about 1969 0r 1965..maybe a old commercial? Some slight static crashes covering it from time to time.

The Mach I, is what the commercial was for.

From the SDR recording, looks like sign on at 2333 in DSB, then switched to AM at 2345.

Good signal here in SE PA at 2341 UTC with a Thunderbird car commercial, station ID and music by the Beach Boys.
