UNID CW 6925 USB 0144 uTC 24 Oct 2014

Heard some CW, first around 30 WPM then around 20 WPM. Very poor copy. Heard a mention of Halloween, and a possible ID of NRUI.  Anyone else hear this, perhaps with better copy?

While I heard it, I did not copy it... Static was high & 30WPM is high for me too... s4-5

I missed too much of the slower transmission to fill in & make sense of it...

This is going to be a great Halloween & subsequent DX season...

I can feel it by the level of activity this far out  ;D
