11/29/09, 6925 USB, 1318-1334 UTC: Radio Ga-Ga, couldn't make out opening monologue, "...all of the above, all of the below...", "...cannot be avoided"? Rock music included ELO "Don't Bring Me Down".  Very good signal peaks but rapid fades to inaudible, almost like volume knob being turned up and down.  Weird conditions.
