Here also at 1502 UTC on 6913.4ish KHZ with fragments of music at noise level, man announcer at 1503 UTC but nada on the copy. Not even a carrier at 1507 UTC...OFF?

Weak here, mostly in the noise. Mention of QSL @ 1505  (probably ID'd, but could not make it out), then into music @ 1506 for a few seconds before disappearing.
