5110 is a frequency for WBCQ, a "legal" broadcaster.
Northeast Ohio
Now using Shazam for song identification

Didn't WBCQ replay some of Clandestine's show after the op's passing?

Well, when I was listening there a little bit ago they were "testing" as Radio Clandestine with weird tuning sounds IDd and played Zappa.  So I'm new, what do I know. :)

First I've listened outside the ham bands in quite awhile. Yea, the Blackcat Systems app says WBCQ.  Sorry.  Figured getting ready for The Fest I'd tune around a bit.
