SDR recording catch. There could have been two stations involved:

6950 at 0231, on for about a minute with an OM talking. He gave an email address at the end, which I could not decipher, perhaps someone else can? http://www.radiohobbyist.org/blog/mypics/UNID0232.mp3

6951 at 0233 with music, short break at 0236 then back on, off at 0239

The 6950 transmissions seemed a little weaker here.
