Beeping tone, approx. 0.5 seconds (estimating "by ear"), every second.

Sounds just like what I recorded last night in a YouTube video:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gVfKAgdsDHw

Is there some utility signal at that frequency that I am unaware of, being a bit of a noob? :)

Picked up in Pittsburgh, PA.  Tecsun PL-660 with indoor wire antenna.

Also audible bleeding through on 4890 khz.  I listened to it for well over 2 minutes to make sure I didn't hear a change in pitch or any other noise at the top of a minute which might suggest a weird ghost from WWV.  Just a tone every second.
