SDR Recording Catch

0251 - S/On (approx.)

Intermittent carrier noticed on frequency, above noise at times
Carrier got stronger on the waterfall over time, but no intelligible audio.

SDR recording catch. I first noticed the carrier around 0254, but it was extremely weak.

Some audio by around 0320.
Much better by around 0415.
Scotty DX SSTV at 0535, after a false start:

ID and off at 0710.
