Wish I could offer something specific but after 20 minutes I'm only hearing occasional very faint music, sounds like guitar rock/blues when it peaks above the mud.  It's 1323z now and probably will fade completely soon here.
1341z: Possible ID, sounded like "Radio Gagggaaaaa" sorta growled-drawled out.

I am hearing this as well, at 1326z. Right at the noise level. Sounds like Hendrix?
Queen Radio Ga Ga at 1334 then laughing.
Pretty sure I heard a Radio Ga Ga ID at 1341.
