Bob Johnston, who produced a string of classic albums in the 1960s and ’70s including Bob Dylan’s “Highway 61 Revisited” and “Blonde on Blonde” and Johnny Cash’s “At Folsom Prison,” died on Friday in Gallatin, Tenn. He was 83.
