02:52 Finally heard the announcer give the "6969" ID through the noise.  S3 - S5.  Very noisy.

Mostly below the noise here tonight, but occasional peaks of audio making it through.  Decent copy of ID @ 0252.
Another clear ID @ 0255 and into Styx song, fair copy.
Weaker ID @ 0209, mostly below the noise again since 0200.
