Presumed to be them, very weak signal here, just some traces of audio.
Closer to 14914.4 really.

 I am hearing a signal with a male voice somewhat weak now there is music can not identify language on 14914.40Khz here in Western South Carolina at 21:28UTC. It is in AM mode too. Will continue to listen and see if the signal improves.

Signal has improve some with music with piano and male singer singing but there is a good bit of fading! Another tune with a male singer and a piano! Have not heard any station id. Better than 20 minutes ago!
