0011 some o/c then into dance mx
0013 some OM talk - a bit difficult to understand
0016 very deep fade - JBV in the SDR waterfall
0024 back enough to hear trace audio near the floor
0030 just barely make out FOS - "I Ran"
0054 very faint carrier visible, but no audio

S7 here initially, and does sound like Liquid Radio
