WEFAX 3853.5 usb 0530z 9OCT15
« on: October 09, 2015, 1514 UTC »
Came across a WEFAX while tuning the 80m Ham band.
This was the last thing I expected to hear on 80m.
Just above noise floor with a scratchy decode. Could not make out
the text for an ID.

Research on the web came up empty.
I would love to ID this.
