Weak copy in Lansing, MI; about S-2 before using preamps and NR on the R-75

Some kind of skit or cartoon audio @2108 UTC, now recognize 'King of the Hill' voices...

My neighbor hasn't turned his damned beacon on yet.

ID at 2115 but I couldn't copy it.  Into SSTV.
