Picked up @ 2348.  Sounds like a some sort of spooky story.  However, signal a bit faint and conditions quite noisy.  Hope conditions here improve.

Heard at 2341 with ID and a twice repeated radio Halloween at gmail address, then Ghostbusters theme.  Fair signal in southern WI. :)
