2356- hearing bits of audio popping in and out of the noise
2359- now off  ???

I checked the SDR recording and found this. Very strange... What looks like a carrier came on at 2354z on around 6969 kHz, it then drifted up to 6972 kHz by 2359 sign off.

There was a similar transmission around 2349-2350z.
