Pips network up, multiple frequencies, 1413 UTC, Dec 06, 2015

Pips network of ditters is up again today, on many freqs.  At 1413 UTC I noticed it was up in the 0.125 x 6.0 second format, no idea how long it was up before I noticed.

This set was up form before 1413 to 1512 UTC, Dec 06, 2015.

Frequencies with no letter all belong to one set of frequencies, frequencies followed by a "B" are the second set.  There are 34 frequencies on this list in the first set, however the 0.125 second pulse every 6.0 seconds allows for 48 possible frequencies.  I can confirm that every freq in the 4900 to 19300 kHz range is accounted for, by monitoring any given freq and the one below and above you can tell if you missed a frequency.  I have used this technique to find frequencies I missed at first that were buried under another signal.  So potentially 14 frequencies in the first set are unfound, they would have to be above 19300 kHz or below 4900 kHz.  Because of how strong the 19300 kHz signal was, and how weak the 4900 kHz signal was I strongly suspect the missing freqs are all below 4900 kHz and were unheard because of propagation.
