Sousa marches with strong signal @ 2332 but lots of noise.  
Sounds as if someone trying to transmit underneath this signal or LSB ops.
ID @ 2346 as "Moonlight Radio" then s/off.

Weak signal here but definitely audible with the occasional annoying fisher.
