2304 Still hearing OM talk over mx
2310 an AM carrier noted about +0.030

2329 thought I heard Scottie 1 tones, but no cap here

Noticed something splattering while tuned to 6926 USB, and found this at 2259 UTC on 6925 USB with piano notes and man talking...could only make out "level of abstraction"...more piano music
2304 UTC OM mentioning something about "as American as it gets"...."responding to the changes of the world"
2307 UTC OM singing now...
(Signal is mostly in and out of the noise)
2311 UTC "You are an American"...piano music continued...OM talking over the music about religion
2313 UTC "Something that cannot be violated...something that cannot be coerced"...mentioned something about "Virginia"...
2316 UTC "Remained at Monticello" (Guess blw is on track with Thomas Jefferson!)
(Just too much local QRN here to make out anything comprehensive, but it sounds like a historical/political commentary over musical background)
2319 UTC I'm not hearing anything now...fade out or OFF?
2321 UTC Back up again! Music and talking is all I can make out
2329 UTC SSTV (Not sure if same station) Seemingly OFF after SSTV
