I knew it was getting close.

BTW, no need to get so testy. Wozniak's brakes gave out him between Tahoe and Reno. He's stuck in a snowbank on an escape ramp until they can dig him out. That guy goes through Segway's like some guys go through underwear.

I called the Millikan Library a few minutes ago, told the guy who answered, "Al Fansome says it's Ditch Day". He yelled something about "stacks" and dropped the phone. The resulting noise sounded like a stampede.

(Were they returning the books to the stacks before they headed out, or does "stacks" mean something else in geek lingo?)

To top it off, before the phone went dead I distinctly heard a cannon being fired in the distance. An ROTC thing is my guess.

How often do you see that many alpha males competing on one campus?

On the other hand, it's inspiring to see that at least one Caltech coed is dedicated enough to continue with her experiments with regarding chesticular implants and bikini tops even on Ditch Day. Bravo, young lady! Bravo!
