Radio France, organisation of french national radio programs, officialy annonced it on website : http://www.radiofrance.fr/extinction-des-ondes-moyennes

All MW transmitters will be stopped at 2300 UT on 31 december 2015. Here is concerned transmitters list :

AFAIK, the 162KHz longwave transmitter is likely soon headed for shutdown, too.
