Fair copy here @ 2055, sounds like adjusting radio equipment, mention of '20 to 21 watts'.
Maybe old military comms.  Tactical calligns being used (such as 'variable').  Mentioned listening for hum.
2104 - mention of dynamos in the radio.
2105 - off
2110 - back on in USB with vintage naval military comms (or possibly audio from an old movie).
2115 - off

"Knife calling Variable do you copy, over?".  Talking about antennas and power output as well as filter caps.  Discussiong of TM-218 terminal box and "BC-620" radio.

Sounds like somebody giving a demo of vintage military radio gear (listening on the K2SDR WebSDR)
