Mostly at threshold here until 2309 UTC when signal came up a bit with "Fame"-David Bowie

About S3 @ 2317 with lots of fades.  Mostly poor copy and possibly off while I'm typing this - no longer getting audio.

Fair signal amid very noisy conditions.
"Rebel, Rebel" ~2315 into "Moonlight Radio" ID by female voice @ 2318.
At 2330 signal fading badly and now barely audible in heavy static.
