Carrier with weak audio? here 2355, not sure what it is?
Its a Cuban harmonic, image, etc., just heard Radio Habana's IS... >:(

It's a Havana domestic feed, possibly a harmonic...
The frequency isn't listed anywhere  :-\
It's there many nights...  Carrier came up 2300z...
Program started ~2311z
I hear it very well here, currently s7-8 in static

This is presumably the one half harmonic of 13740, since it also follows the schedule of that frequency.
