I've got a very weak Radio Habanna .5 harmonic of 13740 here.  13740 is very strong here.

Weak AM het on 6870 heard here.   Nothing more to offer whether it is .5 of Havana or otherwise.  Too weak and noisey to make anything out.

I heard something there Monday night around 0:30 UTC with about an S-2/3 signal, weak, but steady, with moderate fades. The audio was slightly under-modulated. The programming was some jazz and a classical tune before an id from an OM, which, of course, which was mostly obliterated by a static crash. I heard part of the word "Radio" and the outro.

What I heard of the id didn't have that RH "ring" to, it lacked the reverb. However, the 40 meter band was loaded with hams with killer signals from Central and South America that evening.  I'd say the case for it being the sub-harmonic of RH on 13740 are good.
