  0228-0244 Z playing Blues mx, no ID heard. S5 - (S6 at peaks) 75 % of the program, nice audio. Terrible QRN/QSB. Dead air carrier 0244 Z and then off. SINPO: 3,4,3,3+,3. Pee Wee ?
