2320z in between horrendous static levels, I am hearing a station
2325z ann w/mild echo
2331z ann again...

Can see carrier but not much audio to work with...

2334z I have been hearing this station for a few hours now and it has finally come up out of the noise enough to get some copy of the announcements.  It seems to be a relay of a Mighty KBC show, I've heard this before on 6260 (with a better signal) but have never heard any ID of the relaying station.
