0514 sign on with an electronic music version of what sounded like "The Ride of the Valkyries", then into an OM saying numbers as well as possibly some other words.
0521 Off now? Never more than SIO 111 here.

Someone who got better copy than I transcribed the recording. The callup is 53 57 4c, repeated three times, then the message is 59 6f 75 20 67 75 79 73 20 61 72 65 20 73 6d 61 72 74 2e 20 47 6f 6f 64 20 6a 6f 62 20 64 65 63 6f 64 69 6e 67 21, also repeated three times.

Looking at the range of values sent, it's obvious that each is an ASCII character in hex.  So it decodes to:

SWL SWL SWL
You guys are smart. Good job decoding!
You guys are smart. Good job decoding!
You guys are smart. Good job decoding!
