Radio Thailand 15590AM 0000z 5/5/16 - clash CRI

0005z CRI in English on top of Radio Thailand, first time all week.  Can not find a frequency for CRI in english near 15590.
0030z CRI overpowers RT at this point, CRI ID and broadcast clear with some fading.
