1110z - 5955 AM - China Radio Int'l (transmitting from Beijing) - At a high S7 noise floor, but clear enough to distinguish OM and YL reading news in English

1125z - 6090 AM - NHK World Radio Japan, Russian language broadcast, OM and YL news reading format

1130z - 6155 AM - CNR 2, Beijing. Chinese distinguishable under the noise floor.

1138z - 7200 AM - Myanmar Radio and Radio Taiwan Int'l both audible, faint but clear signals with QRM from nearby hams.

1140z - 7325 AM - China Radio Int'l, Japanese language broadcast, SIO 555, S9 +20, OM and YL interview format.

1149z - 9665 AM - KCBS Pyongyang - ID'd by the over-the-top style favored by North Korean newsreaders (OM and YL) for domestic consumption. Excited about this catch, I haven't heard any domestic North Korean transmissions before. Decent 222 signal with peaks. Music (Moranbong Band?) began at 1150z.

1158z - 9740 AM - BBC (Kranji transmission) - good 444 signal, but a couple of sudden dropouts that made me think the transmission was cut off suddenly.

Your post inspired me, MDK.

I was up early so I tried some of the frex you listed when greyline crossed here this morning.

Received  7325 AM - China Radio Int'l and 9665 AM - KCBS Pyongyang around 1020 UTC.

Thanks

Nice. I didn't list everything I caught, but I heard a lot of different CNR transmissions from China as well, most at either 50 or 100 kW, all faint but present in the 49, 41, and 31m bands.
