World Harvest Radio 15720 AM - Freedom 100 at Indy 500

1713 on 5/27/16. This doesn't seem to be on the usual online shortwave schedules, but I'm getting a S9 +20 555 signal covering the Indy 500. I'm guessing a recording of a previous year's radio broadcast. I've been listening since 1713 and there has been no station ID so far. This frequency is usually Radio New Zealand International 2100-0458.
1721 - correction - It's the Freedom 100 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway
1733 OFF after wrapping up coverage.
