I'm getting a lot of hits from Asia on 22m right now. CRI at 13580, Radio Saudi at 13710, either CRI or VOK at 13760 (kinda sounds like the latter - it's a tough copy but I'll take it) and RFA before 1700, NHK at 13720 at 1700.
