copying the beacon even thought it is rather weak
at this time and lots of static.
just barely out of the noise some times you can hear
it but it stays visible on the water fall.

I'm hearing something that sounds like CW - very weak, but there - when tuned to 6399 (no decimal tuning on my 750) LSB. 0446z, 7/21/16.
