6175 - Eibi / WHRI Error

6175   USA. VoVietnam - Cypress Creek SC. Concluding the Spanish service to CAm at 0427 after some type of Vietnamese pop music, then WHRI ID and details in English, followed by a prompt s/off 0430. Both EiBi and WRHI's own website indicate that the Angel 1 transmitter continues on from 0430 till 0800 after the closure of the VoV service at 0430. But this appears not to be the case as the txer definitely leaves the frequency at 0430. June 20.
