9815   BOTSWANA. VOA - Moepeng Hill. World and African news in English for EAf at 0515, then sports report. EiBi and HFCC both list this as in the Kinyarwanda language at this time, but not so! Begins English at 0505 till s/off 0530. Fair signal June 20.
