26.600Mc beacon is back.

It has been on day and night since Easter Sunday. Approximately 2, 13 second, dashes per minute.
There is a bit of chirp at the beginning of each dash.

Heard in Atlanta, GA, 0128z 14Apr2010. Those dashes are crazy long!

I was able to make a Spectrum Lab screen capture of the long dashes.
