Got the signal around 0054 UTC, signal was only about an S8, lots of dead air, what sounded like a white noise generator.  Muffled music later, plus talking that was unintelligible. 

Checked in later at around 0100 UTC to hear the Wolverine Radio relay, signal was S9 at this point, very bass heavy but otherwise a steady signal.
