Radio Relevant Shortwave? 6.952.00Khz

Been listening to these guys playing classic rock / 70's type material and think I heard them ID as "Radio Relevant Shortwave" Signal is 5 by 9 swinging down to 5 by about 8 1/2 with rough audio due to band conditions in Chicago, IL.

This is probably Radio Ronin Shortwave, known to be on right now.
