Prima Ballerina Fired, Caught Cavorting With Wiener
« on: December 30, 2010, 0835 UTC »
There's gotta be a Vienna sausage or "Dancers, support your Wiener" joke in here somewhere.  Not that I would stoop to such a thing.

"Ballerina Karina Sarkissova was fired by the Vienna Opera over a series of risque photos that appeared in WEINER- a mens magazine. This is not the first time that Sarkissova posed nude- and was warned if it happened again- she would be fired!"

NSFW (Not Safe For Wiener) pix here.  And here.  Here too.

Yeah, it's old news but, c'mon, I didn't find it until the Sixth Day of Wienermas.

One of my favorite cartoons of all time was in National Lampoon. It showed an anthropomorphic hotdog in a bun. He had just opened his mailbox, and was reading a postcard. He had a puzzled look on his face; the card said "You may already be a wiener!!!".

I still laugh at the memory, although, I am easily amused...

Hey, I remember than cartoon.   ;D

I'm not sure if this is the original.  Web lore says it was a line art comic on a detachable subscription card insert in National Lampoon, so apparently there aren't many originals of that comic around.

That's not the one that I recall, but it is certainly the same idea.

I am sure it was on a subscription card in a Nat Lamp magazine; I believe I had bought it for a flight I took to San Francisco, probably in 1973 or 1974. It definitely was of a hot dog with a bun, and was just a line drawing, with no color.
