i'm hearing them above the noise, san juan islands nw wa.  s3 with sporadic heavy qrn crashes.  this at 0048z

0048z ID with male voice.  too close to the noise to understand.. but, the cw id 'moonlight radio' was very clear.  not hearing anything now.
