New Beacon? 4095.3 1015 UTC 11 Oct 2016
« on: October 11, 2016, 1316 UTC »
I noticed this on the SDR waterfall, while listening to the 4070 beacon, so I went back to check the recording.  I had it for a few minutes, it seemed to be on 4095.3 kHz, with 1.6 second dashes every 2.2 seconds? It was very weak, so difficult to tell for sure.  Might be another frequency worth checking.
