Listening to Radio Habana Cuba since it is pre recorded. And Senor Castro has passed away at age 90..

Just picking it up in Spanish at 1200 UTC on 11760.  First English transmission today (besides 0100utc you logged) will be 2000 UTC on 15140 AM.  

Methinks that Castro's demise last night was anticipated among the governing ranks.  Out of the blue, I received an RHC broadcast schedule via email on Thursday.  I have never received an RHC broadcast frequency previously.

1205z Mention of passing.  Solemn guitar music.

RHC is like a local station on 11760 khz here.

1430Z - Spanish language broadcast with news about Fidel and then into music at approx 1440Z. Back into talk about Fidel at 1446Z.

Haven't heard Arnie yet.

Now i am listening to the English Service of Radio Habana Cuba on the same frequency i posted last night, signal fair with fading heard. Not sure what they are talking about, and this is on the Michigan wedsdr..
