VOK vs HM01, 11635 AM, 2130 UTC, 12/14/16

Rough copy of both as noise is uncharacteristically high for this frequency and time of day, but VOK interval and DPRK national anthem were distinctly heard under HM01 at the listed time. Currently indistinct if you weren't familiar with VOK's routine.

EDIT: 11635, not 11735 as initially posted.
