What can I say. Pretty routine for the regular stations (or maybe less than routine). No fun daytime DX. But, all of these with 2 decodes...

The ones I found interesting are below, for varying definitions of "interesting".

The two claiming to be Soh & Pulau Satumu are prob false decodes from Upper Keweenaw.

The one from Shiriya Saki at 14:57:48  The other two stations (Miraflores & Point Loma) on 302 at that time are not coming in here during the afternoon. Or did one of them get up here, and it was a corrupt decode? Japan is UTC+9, so that would be 21:57:48 JST (and 8:57:48 CST here). That is middle of night there and after the end of grayline here. Doubtful it was valid.

I can solve that mystery - both have 000 as one of the two possible TX IDs. Not sure if they should, or that is an error in the table.

For the foreign stations, we don't really know unless we can get an official station list from the respective countries. But your explanation is reasonable... and why I cannot possibly comprehend how the powers that be did not definitively define how a station identifies itself.
